We are very passionate about helping people who are struggling with obesity and potentially disease states that have developed. Our approach is paleo-driven, meaning we focus on nutrition that is based in an ancestral diet: protein, lots of vegetables, some fruit, and healthy fats. For most people in this country, this is a huge shift from the Standard American Diet (SAD) they have been eating. But with the right knowledge and guidance, this change is possible, and frankly, it is necessary, considering that over 40% of the US population is obese, and 1 in 2 American adults suffer from chronic disease, and 1 in 4 children. It is time for change!


More recently, COVID-19 has caused many people to take a long hard look at their own health. We are now seeing that preventing conditions like obesity, diabetes, and heart disease is also key in protecting us from the severe effects of a virus like this. We can no longer accept this state of obesity and chronic disease for ourselves - we must act!
